- Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) grated almonds
- 1 cup (225 ml) flour
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter, creamed
- 1 cup (225 ml) powdered sugar
- Preparation
- Combine almonds and flour.
- Blend butter and powdered sugar.
- Mix all.
- Roll in a ball, roll to 1/4" thick.
- Cut into bars.
- Bake on greased cookie sheet for 10 min. at 350 degrees (175 C.).
- Comments
- A special treat generally made at the holidays.
