- 3 tbsp (45 ml) white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) minced parsley
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground cumin (opt.)
- 1/2 tbsp (7 ml) sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
- In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients until well blended.
- Serve over greens, diced tomatoes and avocado.
