- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (225 ml) green peas
- Heat the broth to a boil. Add the green peas.
- When it's boiling again, turn it to low. Beat the eggs a little. Swirl the broth and peas vigorously and pour the beaten eggs gently into the soup.
