Dill Mashed Potatoes

Serves/Makes:4 servings

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs (.9 kg). potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) pepper
Preparation
  • Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender.
  • Drain.
  • Mash with remaining ingredients.
