- Ingredients
- 2 lbs (.9 kg). potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sour cream
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) dill weed
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) pepper
- Preparation
- Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender.
- Drain.
- Mash with remaining ingredients.
