- 1 can white tuna
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) light sour cream
- 1 tsp (5 ml) light Miracle Whip
- 1 clove of elephant garlic, minced
- 1 tsp (5 ml) onion salt
- dash cayenne pepper
- salt & pepper to taste.
- Mix all ingredients with fork.
- Serve on with bread or crackers.
