- 1 lb (.5 kg) fresh mushrooms, whole, quartered, or sliced
- 2 cups (475 ml) soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter, melted
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) white wine
- salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish.
- Cover, and bake at 325 degrees (175 C.) for 25 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
