- Ingredients
- 1 Can whole corn, undrained
- 1 Can cream corn
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 Stick butter (melted)
- 1 Box Corn Muffin Mix
- 8 oz (224 grm). Sour Cream
- Preparation
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Place mixed ingredients in a 9 inch x 13 inch baking pan (non-stick pans work good.)
- Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown.
