- Ingredients
- 1 cup (225 ml) self-rising flour
- 2/3 cup (150 ml) sugar
- 1 cup (225 ml) milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 29 oz (812 grm). can sliced peaches
- Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
- Put butter in round casserole dish and melt in oven while oven is preheating.
- Mix first three ingredients.
- Pour mixture in casserole dish.
- Gently pour peaches (including syrup) into center of casserole.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
