- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- garlic salt
- 1 bottle fat-free Italian dressing (I like Kraft.)
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees (125 C.).
- Place chicken breasts in casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.
- Pour Italian dressing over all.
- Cover casserole with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until done.
- Serve with rice or oven-roasted potatoes.
- It's REALLY easy, and great for company!
