Ilo's Chili Relleno Casserole

- 4 oz (112 grm) can Ortega whole green chilies (you can use diced if preferred)
- 2 lbs (.9 kg). grated jack cheese
- 10 eggs, well beaten
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- Seed and split peppers if preferred.
- Layer cheese and peppers.
- Mix together milk and eggs, pour over cheese and peppers.
- Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 1 hour.
