- Ingredients
 
  -  l  lb. fresh mushrooms
 -  l/2  lb. grated Swiss cheese
 - l bunch green onions
 -  l/4  cup salad oil
 -  l/4  cup vinegar
 -  2 tbsp (30 ml) Cavender's Greek Seasoning
 -  l/4  tsp sugar
  
  
- Preparation
 
  - Cut up mushrooms.
 - Chop onions including some of the tops.
 - Mix oil, vinegar, seasoning and sugar.
 - Add to mushrooms, onions and cheese.
 - Mix  carefully.
 - Make one hour before serving.

 - Everyone seems to like this recipe even if they
don't care for mushrooms.
