- 2 heads of lettuce - torn
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 head of brocolli
- 1 large onion
- 1 cup (225 ml) shredded mozzerella cheese
- 1 pkg frozen peas (uncooked)
- 1 lb (.5 kg) crisp fried bacon pieces
- Dressing:
- 2 cups (475 ml) mayo
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
- Preparation
- Chop vegetables and tear lettuce.
- Dressing:
- Combine together mayo and sugar.
- Combine dressing with califlower and brocolli.
- Toss lettuce with califlower and brocolli
- Garnish with crisp fried bacon pieces
