- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) orange liqueur
- 1-1/2 tbsp (20 ml) instant coffee
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
- Heat milk to just under boiling.
- Place other ingredients in blender.
- Pour hot milk over all and blend for 3 minutes.
- Pour into mousse glasses and chill for three hours.
- Friends gave this recipe to me over twenty years ago. You
must use whole milk. I tried it with skim and it
won't set up.
