- Ingredients
- 8 cups (1900 ml) applesauce
- 6 cups (1425 ml) sugar
- 4 tsp (20 ml). cinnamon
- 2 tsp (10 ml). cloves
- 1 tsp (5 ml). allspice
- Preparation
- Mix all ingredients, put mixture in a crock-pot.
- Cook on high 4 hours with lid on.
- Cook another 4 hours with the lid off; stir occasionally.
- Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
