- 2 15-oz. cans yams
- 1 pkg. large puffed marshmellows
- crushed graham crackers
- Drain yams in a colander.
- Then mash the yams smooth.
- Press yam mixture around one marshmellow, then roll in graham cracker crumbs - forming a ball.
- Place balls in a buttered dish.
- Heat at 200 degrees (90 C.) for 15 minutes or until marshmellow starts to burst.
- Serve hot.
