Traditional White Cake

Serves/Makes:12 big pieces

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
  • 1 cup (225 ml) milk
  • 2 cups (475 ml) flour
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) baking powder
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
Preparation
  • Mix all ingredients together using the mixer until all the batter is well blended.
  • Pour it into a greased 9 inch round tray (or other shape you desire).
  • Bake it for 40 minutes at a 375 degrees (200 C.).
Comments
This cake can be easily cut into layers and filled with creme and fruits.
