- 3 large ripe avocados, mashed
- 3 oz (84 grm). cream cheese, softened
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
- 2 oz (56 grm). green chilies, chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 tsp (5 ml) red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients until creamy.
- If you are making this in advance, place it in a bowl with an avocado pit to prevent discoloring.
