- Ingredients
- First layer:
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) melted butter
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
- 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) broken pretzels
- Second layer:
- 8 oz (224 grm). cream cheese
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
- 16 oz (448 grm). cool whip
- Third layer:
- 2 cups (475 ml) hot water
- 2 small strawberry jello
- 2 small boxes frozen strawberries
- Preparation
- First layer:
- Mix in 9 inch x 13 inch pan. Bake 6 minutes at 325 degrees (175 C.). Cool.
- Second layer:
- Mix together and spread on cooled crust.
- Third layer:
- Mix and cool until thick. When cooled, spread on top of cheese mixture. Chill.
