Serves/Makes:2 cups
- Ingredients
- 4 medium ripe avocadoes
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml). black pepper
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml). fresh chopped garlic
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp (5 ml). lemon
- Preparation
- Cut avocadoes in half remove seed.
- Scoop avocado out of the skin and place in a bowl.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Mash with fork to desired texture.
- Chill for at least an hour.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Comments
- For variation add fresh chunky salsa.
