- Ingredients
- 3 large avocados, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 lime, juice only
- 2 tsp (10 ml). garlic powder
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). jalepeno pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp (5 ml). salt
- Preparation
- Mash chopped avocado with a fork.
- Add salt, lime juice, and garlic powder, mix.
- Add chopped tomato, onion, and jalepeno; mix.
- Serve with tortilla chips or sliced vegetables.
