Ingredients
  3 large avocados, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 lime, juice only
 2 tsp (10 ml). garlic powder
1 tomato, chopped
 1/4 cup (60 ml) onion, chopped (optional)
 1 tbsp (15 ml). jalepeno pepper, chopped (optional)
 1 tsp (5 ml). salt
  Preparation
  Mash chopped avocado with a fork.
Add salt, lime juice, and garlic powder, mix.
Add chopped tomato, onion, and jalepeno; mix.
Serve with tortilla chips or sliced vegetables.
