Serves/Makes:2 small cheese balls
- 2 8 oz (224 grm). pkgs cream cheese
- 1 small pkg. dried beef, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml). seasoned salt
- 1-1/2 tsp (7 ml). worcestershire sauce (depends on taste)
- Stir cream cheese in bowl until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Serve on crackers.
- For a more zesty dip, try adding green peppers, green olives,
and/or pinch of horseradish.
