Peach Dessert

Serves/Makes:1 9x13 inch pan

Ingredients
  • 2 cans peach pie filling
  • 1 box dry yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup (225 ml) coconut
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) crushed walnuts
  • 8 oz (224 grm). (2 sticks) margarine)
Preparation
  • Butter 9 inch x 13 inch pan.
  • Spread pie filling in bottom of pan.
  • Sprinkle cake mix over all.
  • Mix coconut and crushed walnuts, sprinkle over the top of pie filling and cake mix.
  • Melt margarine and pour over all above.
  • Swirl above into cake mixture, slightly.
  • Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) until lightly browned, usually about 30 minutes.
Comments
You can substitute any fruit pie filling you like for a different flavor.
