- Ingredients
- 1 pound Chinese pea pods
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml). salt
- Preparation
- Clean/wash pea pods and clip off stems and tips.
- Heat oil in 10 inch fry pan or wok on high heat.
- Add pods and stir quickly.
- Cook until tender 2 or 3 minutes.
- Salt to taste.
- Comments
- Quick to prepare and really good. don't be tempted to over cook. Should be
slightly crisp.
