Sweet Pea Pods (Stir Fried)

Serves/Makes:4

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Chinese pea pods
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml). sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml). salt
Preparation
  • Clean/wash pea pods and clip off stems and tips.
  • Heat oil in 10 inch fry pan or wok on high heat.
  • Add pods and stir quickly.
  • Cook until tender 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Salt to taste.
Comments
Quick to prepare and really good. don't be tempted to over cook. Should be slightly crisp.
