- 1 large head of lettuce, torn to bite size
- 3 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 large family size jar of Thousand Island salad dressing
- 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) graded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 large bag of Nacho Cheese chips, crushed
- 1-1/2 lbs (.7 kg). cooked ground beef, drained
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and serve.
