- 1 bottle Italian salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
- Mix together.
- Pour over meat.
- Refrigerate 3 or more hours or overnight.
- Easiest and best tasting marinade that I've found. Excellent for steaks,
including flank. Also good for marinating sirloin tip cubes for shish kabobs.
Meat comes out most flavorful and tender if marinated overnight.
