Fresh Rosemary and Garlic Marinade

- 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh rosemary, minced
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) seasoned salt
- Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl.
- Pour over meat.
- Rub marinade in thoroughly.
- Pierce meat with paring knife or mead fork & allow to seep into meat.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Roast, bake, or grill.
- Incredibly awesome flavor and aroma.
