- Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) catsup
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) onion powder
- garlic powder, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- Preparation
- Combine all ingredients.
- Marinate chicken 3 to 4 hours, turning several times.
