- 1 lb (.5 kg). ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground or crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp (5 ml) fennel seeds
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- Mix ingredients and form patties.
- Cook on grill until juice runs clear.
- Vary ingredients to suit your own taste.
- Can be used in spaghetti sauce too!! GOOD!
