- 2 cups (475 ml) macaroni
- 3 quarts (2850 ml) water
- 2 cups (475 ml) chunked cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 cups (475 ml) milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- Bring water to boil and pour in macaroni; cook until tender; drain well.
- Mix macaroni, cheese, butter, salt and pepper and pour into 9 x 13 inch dish.
- Pour milk on top and bake at 450 degrees (225 C.) for 25 to 30 minutes.
- May garnish with extra cheese and put back in oven to melt.
