Serves/Makes:6 servings
- Ingredients
- 2 bunches fresh broccoli florets, washed and patted dry
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb (.2 kg). bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) raisins
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup (225 ml) Miracle Whip
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). vinegar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
- Preparation
- Cover raisins with hot water until soft.
- Drain.
- Combine Miracle Whip, vinegar, sugar and mix well.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate at least one hour, preferably overnight.
