- 1 cup (225 ml) sparkling water
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) cranberry juice
- 1 pint of strawberries OR raspberries, without stems
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
- 1/2 plain low-fat yogurt
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend at high speed, stopping frequently after fruit starts to liquify.
- Smoothie is supposed to be thick.
- Serve immediately.
