- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 cup (225 ml) apple juice
- 1 cup (225 ml) yogurt or buttermilk
- Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high.
- After fruit starts to liquefy, stop frequently to check consistancy.
- Smoothie should be thick.
- Serve immediately.
