Ingredients
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup (225 ml) apple juice
  • 1 cup (225 ml) yogurt or buttermilk
Preparation
  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend on high.
  • After fruit starts to liquefy, stop frequently to check consistancy.
  • Smoothie should be thick.
  • Serve immediately.
