- Ingredients
- 6 sirloin steaks
- 4 tsp (20 ml) whole peppercorns
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) bottled steak sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) brown sugar
- 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
- Preparation
- Crush peppercorns coarsely with a rolling pin.
- Mix steak sauce, mustard, brown sugar and salt.
- Marinate overnight or until ready to cook.
- Grill as usual, using the marinade as a baste.
