- 1 lb (.5 kg). sirloin steak
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) oil
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 jar whole mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can burgundy wine
- cooked noodles
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
- Cut steak into cubes and brown in oil.
- Put into 2 quarts (1900 ml) casserole dish.
- Add soups, mushrooms and wine; stir to mix.
- Bake for about 1 hour.
- Serve over cooked noodles.
