Serves/Makes:1 9 x 13 inch cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (125 ml) cocoa
• 2 cups (475 ml) flour
• 1-1/2 tsp (7 ml) soda
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
• 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
• 3/4 cup (175 ml) mayonnaise
• 1 cup (225 ml) cold water
• 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla

Preparation

• Mix together ingredients and pour into cake pan.
• Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 25-35 minutes or until done.
