- 2 cups (475 ml) rhubarb, chopped
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) sugar
- 2 tbsp (30 ml). flour
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) flour
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) rolled oats
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter
- Preparation
- Arrange rhubarb in greased 9 inch x 9 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle 3/4 cup (175 ml) sugar and 2 tbsp (30 ml). flour over rhubarb.
- Mix in bowl the brown sugar, 1/4 cup (60 ml) flour, and rolled oats.
- Cut butter into mixture as for pastry.
- Sprinkle over rhubarb in pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 40 minutes.

- This recipe came from my mother. It was the only way I would eat rhubarb
as a child!
