Fresh Strawberries with Balsmic Vinegar
- 3 pints strawberries, hulled
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) best-quality balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) sugar
- In a small bowl,combine all of the ingredients.
- Toss gently to help the sugar dissolve.
- Cover and refrigerate, gently stirring occasionally, until well chilled, up to 2 hours.
