- Ingredients
- 1 Cup (225 ml) Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 2 Cups (475 ml) Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup (60 ml) White Vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Sugar
- 1/2 Cup (125 ml) Sour Cream
- Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in the order given, and chill well before serving.

- This was a recipe handed down from my wife's aunt who recently passed away.
I have tried many Bleu Cheese dressing recipes, and this is the one I liked
best.
