- Steamed, spiced shrimp
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vinegar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp (5 ml). salt
- 1 lb (.5 kg). fresh medium shrimp with shells
- In large saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients; bring to a boil.
- Add shrimp, stir gently.
- Cover and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drain, peel, and devein shrimp.
- Serve with cocktail sauce.
