- Ingredients
- 2 cups (475 ml) cooked pasta
- 2 cups (475 ml) fresh mushrooms
- 1 package of small shrimp
- 1 10 oz (280 grm). package broccoli
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) green onion slices
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- Dressing:
- 2/3 cup (150 ml) vegetable or olive oil
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) white wine vinegar
- 2-1/2 tbsp (35 ml) Mrs. Dash's seasoning
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). dijon mustard
- 1 tsp (5 ml). sugar
- Preparation
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture, toss and refrigerate.
