- 2 mangos, peeled, pitted, diced
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped sweet red pepper
- 2 jalape o chiles, seeded and chopped
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) fresh lime juice
- Mango is a popular ingredient of Caribbean and Philippine salsas because the
cool fruit flavor compliments the chiles. I added a papaya to this recipe and
served it with fresh grilled stripped bass. Wow!
