Serves/Makes:3 Qts
- Ingredients
- 3 cans (14 oz) or 3 lbs (1.4 kg) fresh chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup (225 ml) white vinegar
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic chopped
- 6 habernero chiles dried and ground
- 6 cayenne chiles dried and ground
- 6 jalapeno chiles dried and ground
- salt to taste
- Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for 1 hour.
- Chill before serving.

Serve with chips or as a condiment.
