Serves/Makes:2 cups
- Ingredients
- 14 oz (392 grm). can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 cup (225 ml) grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
- Preparation
- Combine all ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve hot with crackers.
