- Ingredients
- Fresh pumpkin seeds
- Water
- Salt
- Preparation
- Thoroughly wash pumpkin seeds.
- Fill large pot with heavily salted water.
- Add pumpkin seeds.
- Soak for at least 24 hours (will not hurt them if they soak longer - I've soaked them for up to 3 days.)
- Drain.
- Spread on cookie sheets in a single layer.
- Cook in oven at 250 degrees (125 C.) until dry.
- Enjoy.
