Serves/Makes:1 dozen eggs
- Ingredients
- 2 cups (475 ml) white vinegar
- 1 tsp (5 ml) mixed pickling spice
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) sugar
- 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
- 12 hard cooked eggs (peeled)
- Preparation
- Simmer all ingredients, except the 12 eggs, for 8 minutes. Strain and pour over eggs.
