Pickled Eggs

Serves/Makes:1 dozen eggs

Ingredients
  • 2 cups (475 ml) white vinegar
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) mixed pickling spice
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
  • 12 hard cooked eggs (peeled)
Preparation
  • Simmer all ingredients, except the 12 eggs, for 8 minutes. Strain and pour over eggs.
