- 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Cup (225 ml) Half and Half
- 1/2 Pint Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Egg Yolk (optional)
- 1-1/2 Tbs (20 ml). Chocolate Syrup
- 3 or more drops Coconut extract
- Place everything in the blender and blend to combine.
- Stores in refrigerator up to 1 month but it will be gone in 2 days.
- You will never go back to the other kind.
Rum or Scotch is also good in this recipe.
