- Grease from sugar cured ham fried in iron skillet(always boil ham in water in pan and pour off first to remove excess salt)
- 1 tsp (5 ml) instant coffee
- 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar
- Preparation
- After the ham is fried and removed, stir in the coffee and sugar.
