- 7 oz (196 grm) milk
- 1 medium banana
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
- Preparation
- Blend banana and milk in blender.
- Pour into a saucepan.
- Add honey.
- Heat until warm.
- Pour into 8 oz (224 grm) galss and enjoy !!

We can't stand the taste of plain warm milk, but this is delicious !!
The ingredients together are supposed to give a chemical reaction that works better at putting you to sleep than just the plain milk.
