- Ingredients
- 1 lb (.5 kg). hamburger
- 1/2 cooked or uncooked rice
- 1 onion minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) water
- Preparation
- Mix hamburger, rice and onion together and form into about one inch balls.
- Put into the soup and water sauce and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes.
