- 2 lbs (.9 kg). sliced beef liver
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) salad oil
- 3 medium onions, sliced
- 1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
- Preparation
- In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot salad oil, cook liver until browned.
- Stir in onions, add Ragu spaghetti sauce, 1 cup (225 ml) water and heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 20 minutes or until liver is tender.
- Comments
- I have served this with pasta.
